Improvement Zone is a family-owned and operated business that has been transforming homes since 2007. Founder and president Nicholas Neboshynsky discovered his passion for construction at just 14 years old. He went on to study architecture and business at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, honing his expertise. Even during his time in Iraq during the Gulf War, he put his skills to work, building and improving barracks to create better living conditions.
With a deep commitment to ethical, high-quality solutions, Nicholas has guided Improvement Zone through the ever-changing landscape of the construction industry.
